MISSION.

The mission of the North Carolina Wildlife Federation is to be the leading advocate for all North Carolina wildlife and its habitat.

NCWF recognizes that wildlife includes all species of wild flora and fauna.

NCWF advocates for the conservation and enhancement of all wildlife and its habitat.

NCWF advocates for ethical and biologically sound hunting, fishing, and other outdoor activities.

NCWF advocates for education of children and adults that increases public awareness of wildlife, its dependence on habitat, and the importance of both wildlife and its habitat to human existence.

In affiliation with our member organizations, NCWFcommunicates, cooperates, and partners with the North Carolina General Assembly, state resource agencies, corporations, and other interested groups to advance the well-being of wildlife and its habitat.

In affiliation with the National Wildlife Federation, NCWF supports national and international issues of mutual interest.
